Day 1: Buenos Aires

San Carlos de Bariloche is a city in the province of Río Negro, Argentina, the biggest city of the huge Lakes District. It is situated on the foothills of the Andes, next to the limits of Nahuel Huapi National Park and at 1,575 kilometers from Buenos Aires. The city is surrounded by breathtaking lakes and mountains and it is famous for skiing that along with its architectonic style make Bariloche the perfect base for you to enjoy many excursions in the region such as water sports, trekking and climbing.

Day 3 & 4: Bariloche

Cerro Catedral is the largest skiable area in South America. It has more than 1200 hectares, of which 50% are ski slopes. Catedral offers more than 120 kilometers of tracks and paths, with excellent snow from the beginning of June to the beginning of October and full exposure to daylight. Unlike other centers, access to the slopes is close to the Base, located at 1030 meters above sea level. The maximum skiable level, at 2180 masl, offers one of the most impressive and beautiful views of the mountain range.
