Itinerary

Day 1. BOGOTÁ :

Arrive to the capital city of Bogota, a busy metropolis that blends tradition with trendiness. Your  guide will welcome you to the country and transfer you to yourhotel.

Day 2. CITY TOUR BOGOTÁ 

We offer the Best tour to the beautiful Salt cathedral from Bogotá. Zipaquira is a little city 49 Km from Bogota-Colombia, Zipaquira has become in one of the most important tourist destinations for visitors from Bogota, Colombia and the world, because into Zipaquira there is the first attraction in Colombia which is the Salt cathedral; it is a former salt mine it and that has been converted in a cathedral by local and Colombian engineers. It presents a perfect symbology between the man work and the beautiful forms created by God and nature. After walking along the sacred axis (Stations of the cross), the visitor will be able to know the different stations of the Salt cathedral, then you will descend to the cathedral depths and you will arrive to the great centre dome where is possible to see the biggest cross underground, the greatest hall for the ceremonies of the cathedral and a nice boulevard. Afterward we will give you a nice typical Colombian lunch in the center of the historic center and also at end of the tour we can offer you a short city sightseeing tour around best attractions of Zipaquira´s historic center.

Day 3. BOGOTÁ / CARTAGENA

Day 4. CARTAGENA CITY TOUR

For the next 5-hours you’ll explore the historic highlights of Cartagena with a multilingual professional tour guide. Visit Pedro Claver Museum, Saint Felipe Fort, Gold Museum and take a tour of the walled city. Walk around downtown to see the beautiful colonial houses and colonial barracks.
Start with a pickup from the cruise terminal in the morning and take a trip to San Felipe’s Fort and learn about the biggest battle that occurred in America. Then go to the Museum of Pedro Claver.Then, proceed to the barracks, also known as ‘Las Bovedas,’ which were used to store arms and ammunition. These are now converted into a cultural center of local art, Caribbean traditions, local candies, gold and precious stones. Conclude with a visit to the Zenu Gold Museum, a charming colonial house on the Plaza Bolivar (closed on Mondays). Here, you will see pre-Colombian art, the famous art of the natives who lived in Cartagena in ancient times. Transfer to hotel and rest.

Day 5. CARTAGENA 

Breakfast. Check out. Transfer to airport.
