CUSCO PUNO Y LA PAZ UYUNI
DAY 1:   ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Reception and transfer to the selected hotel in Lima. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 2: CUSCO / CITY TOUR

Assistance at your arrival in Cusco airport and transfer to the selected hotel. At the hotel a hot Coca tea will be waiting for you to help you avoid altitude sickness. Resting in the morning is highly recommended, that way your body acclimates to the altitude while you sleep. In the afternoon we will start visiting Cusco on a guided sightseeing tour knowing the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha. Then, we drive out of the City to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay (the Inca baths), Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman. When the tour end we will return to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 3: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / AGUAS CALIENTES

After breakfast we will have a full day excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas”, where we will appreciate the typical Indian Market of Pisac, which is open every day. After having lunch in a local countryside restaurant, we will visit the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo. At appropriate we will take the train to Aguas Calientes located in the province of Urubamba, at an altitude of 2,400 masl. At night, the site guide will locate you to give you the briefing of the excursion to Machu Picchu. Overnight in the town of Aguas Calientes.

DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU TOUR

In the morning after breakfast, we will take a 25-minute bus drive of winding road, to “The Lost City of the Incas”, having a guided tour to The Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows. After the tour we will have time to stroll around the Archaeological Site at leisure. After lunch we will return to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco

DAY 5: CUSCO / PUNO

After breakfast, transfer to the station to take the tourist bus to the city of Puno, making several stops in the tourist places to this beautiful city, such as Andahuaylillas, Raqchi, Sicuani, La Raya and Pukara. Upon our arrival, reception at the bus station. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Puno.

DAY 6: PUNO – UROS ISLANDS / COPACABANA & SUN ISLAN – INTI WATA COMPLEX- TITIKAKA LAKE – LA PAZ

Early in the morning we will board the motor boat that will take us to the Uros island, the outward journey lasts approximately thirty minutes of tour observing the flora and fauna of the place we will arrive at the Uros floating islands, where we will appreciate the customs, crafts and way of life of this community. At the end of the visit, we will return and move by land to Copacabana Sanctuary, board the Catamaran Cruise Ship, snack on board while sailing to Sun Island, the legendary birthplace of the Inca Empire. Visit the Inca Garden, steps and fountain followed by the Inti Wata Cultural Complex including the Ekako Underground Museum, the traditional medicine and the Titikaka Reed Shipbuilders display centers, the Pachamama agricultural Inca terraces, a handicraft center, the Intica lounge and at the Manco Kapac look out the largest variety of Andean camelids. Also, the Inti Wata Complex at Sun Island includes a unique sailing experience aboard a huge Titikaka traditional vessel for a panoramic visit to the Pilkokaina Inca Palace. Later we return to the catamaran to enjoy a buffet lunch on board and then continue by land to the city of La Paz. Overnight in La Paz.

DAY 7: LA PAZ /UYUNI SALT FLATS – COLCHANI

Pick up from the Airport. Departure to the Salt Flat visiting the Train Cemetery, the Colchani village where is possible to observe the extracting salt process by hand and the salt local handicrafts. Visit to «Playa Blanca» a museum of salt; «Ojos de Sal», the salt eyes, interesting to be the exit points of the salt water; salt hexagons, geometric shapes on the salt flats surface, piles of salt and we will cross the salt flats to enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Visit to Incahuasi Island, it is located in the heart of the salt flat and it is the biggest of a group of islands that represents an isolated ecosystem. The island is populated with giant cacti species that measures up to 12 meters high (26.25 feet), providing an impressive overview. Pic nic Lunch. We will appreciate the sunset and then return to the hotel. Overnight in Uyuni.

DAY 8: COLCHANI – LA JOYA AIRPORT – BACK TO LA PAZ / CITY TOUR LA PAZ AND MOON VALLEY

Pick up from the hotel in Colchani village and transfer to Joya Andina airport to take tour flight back to La Paz. Upon arrival transfer to the Hotel. Lunch at the City. In the afternoon La Paz city tour visit the famous Witch Doctor’s Market, San Francisco Colonial Church and the typical handicrafts of the Sagarnaga Street. The tour continues to Plaza Murillo where the Cathedral, the Government Palace and the National Congress buildings are located. Then, visit the famous colonial street Jaen where interesting museums are clustered together. To change scenery the tour continues to the residential areas of Obrajes, Calacoto and La Florida. The tour ends with a visit to the unique Moon Valley, where they will have the opportunity to walk around, and visit a ceramic workshop with a demonstration of the art of pottery. At the end transfer to the airport to take your international flight
