LIMA CUSCO ICA PARACAS
DAY 1:   ARRIVAL IN LIMA

Reception and transfer to the selected hotel in Lima. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 2: CUSCO / CITY TOUR

Assistance at your arrival in Cusco airport and transfer to the selected hotel. At the hotel a hot Coca tea will be waiting for you to help you avoid altitude sickness. Resting in the morning is highly recommended, that way your body acclimates to the altitude while you sleep. In the afternoon we will start visiting Cusco on a guided sightseeing tour knowing the Main Square, the Cathedral and the Temple of the Sun or Koricancha. Then, we drive out of the City to visit the Inca sites of Kenko, Tambomachay (the Inca baths), Puca Pucara and the impressive Fortress of Sacsayhuaman. When the tour end we will return to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 3: CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS / AGUAS CALIENTES

After breakfast we will have a full day excursion to the “Sacred Valley of the Incas”, where we will appreciate the typical Indian Market of Pisac, which is open every day. After having lunch in a local countryside restaurant, we will visit the Inca Fortress and Citadel of Ollantaytambo. At appropriate we will take the train to Aguas Calientes located in the province of Urubamba, at an altitude of 2,400 masl. At night, the site guide will locate you to give you the briefing of the excursion to Machu Picchu. Overnight in the town of Aguas Calientes.

DAY 4: MACHU PICCHU TOUR

In the morning after breakfast,  we will  take a 25-minute bus drive of winding road, to “The Lost City of the Incas”, having a guided tour to The Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu and  visiting the Main Plaza, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Clock, the Royal Quarters, the Temple of the Three Windows. After the tour we will have time to stroll around the Archaeological Site at leisure. After lunch we will return to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.

DAY 5: CUSCO / LIMA – CITY TOUR

After breakfast, transfer to Cusco’s airport for going back to Lima (airfare NOT included). Upon arrival to Lima the driver will be waiting for you with a sign up with your name and will transfer you to the Manhattan Inn Airport Hotel. The guide will star the tour from the hotel. The City Tour visiting the most important places such as: The Main Square, the Cathedral, the Archbishopric, the Palace of Government, the City Hall of Lima, the railway station and the monumental Convent of San Francisco, where we will see its cloisters, catacombs and the religious museum. We will continue the visit with Lima residential zones, arriving then to the district of Miraflores, where we will have a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean and its Beaches. At the end of the tour we will go back to the Hotel. Overnight in Lima.

DAY 6: ARRIVAL TO ICA – OVERFLIGHT TO NAZCA LINES- ICA CITY TOUR – PARACAS

Pick up from the Lima hotel and transfer to the bus station to take the transportation to Ica ( 4.5 hours) Upon arrival to Ica, we will go to the aerodrome to begin to over fly the Nazca and Palpa lines, where strange hieroglyphic draws were made by the inhabitants of the Nazca Culture represent figures of different animals and plants. After this experience we will have a lunch (not include) and we will continue with the Ica City tour, visiting the artisan winery where you will learn the production of wine, pisco and also taste the variety that is produced. Then we will go to Huacachina Lagoon, an oasis of abundant vegetation and dunes, where many visitors can make Sandboarding. (optional). At appropriate hour we will transfer to Paracas. Overnight in Paracas.

DAY 7: BALLESTAS ISLAND – BACK TO LIMA

After breakfast, we will begin the excursion to the Ballesta’s Island, where we will observe a great amount of sea lions, Humboldt penguins, gannets and albatross. In our return trip we will be able to see the famous candelabrum. After finishing the tour, we will be transferred to the bus station to take the Bus station to return to Lima. Upon arrival, transfer to the Lima international airport.
