Day 1: Arrival in Lima
Reception and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Lima.
Day 2: Flight to Cusco & City Tour
Arrival in Cusco, transfer to hotel, welcome coca tea. Afternoon tour of Cusco, Cathedral, Koricancha, and Inca sites like Sacsayhuaman. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 3: Sacred Valley Tour
Visit Pisac market, lunch, explore Ollantaytambo Fortress and Chincheros. Trek briefing at night. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 4: Inca Trail Begins – Wayllabamba
Transfer to Km 82, hike to Llactapata for lunch, continue to campsite in Wayllabamba. Overnight camping.
Day 5: Wayllabamba – Pacaymayu
Climb to Warmiwañusca Pass (4,200 masl), descend to Pacaymayu campsite. Overnight camping.
Day 6: Pacaymayu – Wiñaywayna
Cross Runkurakay Pass (3,850 masl), visit Sayacmarca, continue to Wiñaywayna for guided tour and overnight camping.
Day 7: Wiñaywayna – Machu Picchu
Early hike to Sun Gate for first view of Machu Picchu. Guided tour of the citadel, return by bus and train to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 8: Free Day in Cusco
Explore on your own. Optional: Visit San Pedro Market or Rainbow Mountain. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 9: Return to Lima & City Tour
Flight to Lima. Afternoon tour of Lima’s historic center, San Francisco Convent, and Miraflores. Transfer to airport.
