Tour Itinerary Summary
Day 1: Uyuni – Salt Flats – Uyuni
Hotel or airport pickup. Begin your tour exploring the vast Salar de Uyuni, the world’s largest salt flat. Discover the salt extraction process, salt handicrafts, Playa Blanca Salt Museum, Ojos de Sal, salt hexagons, and piles of salt. Enjoy a scenic drive across the flats and lunch (picnic or restaurant).
Visit Incahuasi Island, home to giant cacti up to 12 meters high, offering panoramic views. During the dry season (Apr–Nov), play with perspective photos on the dry salt crust. In the rainy season (Dec–Mar), witness the salt flats as a giant mirror. Sandals recommended for walking on the reflective surface. Return to hotel.
Day 2: Uyuni
Breakfast and transfer to the airport.
