Tour Itinerary Summary
Day 1: Arrival in Cusco – Transfer to Urubamba
Arrival at Cusco Airport and transfer to your hotel in Urubamba. Stop at Awanacancha Alpaca Farm to see local weaving and native Andean camelids. Coca tea upon hotel arrival to help with altitude. Overnight in Urubamba.
Day 2: Machu Picchu Tour
Early train from Urubamba to Aguas Calientes. Bus up to Machu Picchu for a guided visit of key Inca sites like the Main Plaza, Sun Clock, and Royal Quarters. Lunch in Aguas Calientes and return train to Ollantaytambo. Overnight in Urubamba.
Day 3: Sacred Valley – Maras & Moray
Explore Ollantaytambo Fortress, Pisac ruins and market. Visit Moray agricultural terraces and Maras Salt Mines. End with a stop at Chincheros to see traditional Andean weaving. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 4: Free Morning / Cusco City Tour
Free time in the morning. Afternoon tour of Cusco’s highlights: Main Square, Cathedral, Koricancha Temple, and nearby Inca ruins (Sacsayhuaman, Tambomachay, Puca Pucara, Kenko). Overnight in Cusco.
Day 5: Departure
Transfer to Cusco Airport for your flight to Lima.
