Day 0: Cusco City – Trip Briefing
Meet your guide and fellow travelers for a briefing at El Mercado Hotel.

Day 1: Exploring Pisac
Start with a cultural visit to Awanakancha and Pisac market or hike from Amaru to Viacha. All groups visit Viacha community and the Pisac ruins, ending with a traditional Pachamanca dinner.

- Overnight: Lamay Lodge
Day 2: Into the Heart of Lares
Visit Lamay and the Ancasmarca ruins. Afternoon options: cultural visit to Choquecancha or hike to Huacahuasi. All groups overnight at Huacahuasi Lodge.

Day 3: The Road to Ollantaytambo
Visit Huilloc community and hike or drive to Pumamarka. After lunch, optional hike or drive to Ollantaytambo with free time to explore the town.

Day 4: Discovering Ollantaytambo
Optional morning hike to Pinkuylluna. Group tour of Ollantaytambo ruins. Afternoon train to Aguas Calientes. Optional Inca Trail hike from KM 104 (extra cost).

- Overnight: Inkaterra Pueblo Hotel
Day 5: Machu Picchu Citadel
Morning guided tour of Machu Picchu. Optional hike to Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain. Afternoon return to Cusco.
